At ONNO T-Shirt Co., we want you to love your organic and sustainable apparel. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for hassle-free returns and exchanges on all unworn items.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely package your t-shirts in their original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment as it makes its way back to our warehouse.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 3-5 business days.
